01The engagement
Scoped around one initiative, and only the work it needs.
A senior-led engagement with your team. The duration is agreed after scoping, based on the initiative’s complexity, the outputs you need and access to stakeholders. We select only the activities the initiative needs, not a standard package of documents.
- Confirming the business outcomes, success measures and scope boundaries
- Defining the target state, product direction, operating model or outline architecture
- Shaping the business case, including benefits, cost assumptions and evidence still needed
- Assessing delivery options, required capabilities, dependencies and risks
- Developing a sequenced roadmap with owners, approval points and milestones
- Aligning the sponsor and key stakeholders on the next stage
What exactly needs to change, and what is outside the scope?
How do we turn this opportunity into a credible initiative?
What capabilities, people, partners and investment will it require?
How should the work be sequenced to create value without unnecessary risk?
Still deciding whether to proceed? The Decision Sprint may be the better place to start.
02The Delivery Blueprint
A practical blueprint, proportionate to the initiative.
Supporting outputs, such as a business case, product roadmap, operating model or outline architecture, are included only where agreed. Estimates separate what has been validated from what is still assumed.
Fee and duration
Agreed for the specific scope before work starts. Where the scope can be clearly bounded, we agree a fixed fee for the engagement or for defined stages, plus GST where applicable.
Not included
- Software development
- Implementation
- Detailed engineering design
- Exhaustive technical audits
- Ongoing operational support
Any subsequent work is scoped separately.
What success looks like
Your sponsor can explain what is being proposed, why it matters, what it requires and the next approval or delivery step. You can use the Blueprint with your own team or chosen partners, without retaining us.
Shape is not an automatic recommendation to implement. New evidence may justify narrowing, deferring or stopping the initiative.
